What's included in the workspace plan?

The workspace base plan covers Tasks (including to-dos and Kanban boards), Projects, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, and Files, plus team chat. It also includes the AI Assistant as a core app — with 250 AI credits per user per month for TeamGrid AI in the base allowance. Projects and contacts are unlimited, with 10 GB storage per seat. You can add more apps anytime from the App Store.

How does the App Store work?

Apps are optional add-ons you can activate anytime. Each app comes with a free trial period. Some apps have a flat monthly fee (same cost regardless of team size), others are priced per user. You only pay for what you use.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, anytime. Add or remove apps instantly. Seat changes are prorated. Annual plans run for 12 months and renew automatically — cancel anytime before expiration.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The workspace plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Each app also has its own trial period so you can test everything before committing.

What does 'flat' pricing mean for apps?

Apps marked as 'flat' cost the same regardless of your team size. For example, Billing at $18/month costs $18 whether you have 3 or 30 users. Great value for larger teams.

What is the AI Assistant?

The AI Assistant is a core app: every seat includes the app — chat, voice, multi-agent access, and full workspace context. Each user gets 250 AI credits per month for TeamGrid AI; you can add credit packs if you need more.
