What good is a beautiful template without data? With over 50 smart placeholders, you link your PDF directly to TeamGrid. Insert a variable for the customer name, invoice number, or total amount. As soon as the PDF is generated, the system pulls the real, up-to-date data directly from your workspace into the document.
The integration with the Forms app is especially powerful: Filled-in fields from an online form can automatically be transformed into a finished PDF certificate or application. No manual typing, instantly ready for download or sending.

No fear of mistakes: With major changes, the system automatically creates a version snapshot. This means you can return to an old design at any time. Did your brand color change? Update it once centrally, and all templates will shine in the new look.
